These Terms govern your use of the StampBook billing and invoicing application and website, operated by Mandal Industries. By creating an account or using StampBook you agree to these Terms.
StampBook lets businesses create and share invoices, manage clients, record payments and expenses, and view reports.
You agree not to use StampBook for unlawful purposes or fraudulent invoices, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or copy or resell the app without permission.
You own the data you enter and are responsible for its accuracy, including the correctness of invoices and tax details. See our Privacy Policy.
StampBook is free to use with advertising. Optional ad-free plans are available for a weekly, monthly or yearly price shown at purchase. See our Refund Policy.
When your clients pay you through UPI or your own gateway account, the payment is between you and them. StampBook does not hold or guarantee those funds.
The app, design and software belong to Mandal Industries. These Terms give you no ownership in them.
We rely on third parties such as Supabase, Razorpay and Cloudinary, and we are not responsible for their availability.
StampBook is provided "as is" without warranties. It is a billing tool and does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Mandal Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or revenue.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and request deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
We may update these Terms and will change the date above.
