StampBook, operated by Mandal Industries, is free to use. The only paid product is the optional ad-free plan (weekly, monthly or yearly). This policy applies to those purchases.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you were charged by mistake, the ad-free plan did not activate, or a technical problem prevented its use.
Email stampbook03@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 90837 87933 with your registered phone/email, the payment date, amount and transaction ID. We respond within 3 to 5 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Ad-free plans are one-time purchases for the chosen period and do not auto-renew. Cancelling is therefore not required, and ads return when the period ends.
We may update this policy and will change the date above.
