Yes, StampBook is currently free to use. The app shows ads, and users can choose an ad-free plan. If we introduce paid features in future, pricing will be shown clearly before any purchase.
No. You can add a GSTIN and tax rate if you have one, but freelancers and businesses without GST can use StampBook too.
Each invoice can show your UPI ID with a QR code containing the exact amount. If you connect your own Razorpay account, clients can also pay online and the invoice is marked paid automatically.
No. Payments go directly to your own UPI ID or your own gateway account. StampBook does not hold your funds.
Your data is stored with Supabase using industry-standard access controls. Sign-in uses one-time passwords sent to your WhatsApp number or email. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. StampBook is a web app designed for mobile first and it also works on desktop.
You set a prefix and a starting number in Business Settings. StampBook reserves the next number each time you save an invoice, so two invoices never share a number.
Yes. Cancelling keeps the invoice in your records with a Cancelled status. Deleting removes it permanently along with its payment records.
Record the partial payment against the invoice. Its status changes to Partial and the remaining balance stays visible until it is paid.
