This Privacy Policy explains how Mandal Industries, operating the StampBook billing and invoicing application and the website stampbook.shop ("StampBook", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, designation, email address, WhatsApp/phone number and business details you provide.
• Business data: invoices, client records, payments and expenses you create in the app.
• Client information: names and contact details of the clients you invoice, which you enter yourself.
• Usage and device data: log data, device and browser information, and error reports, collected to keep the service working.
• Payment information: card, UPI and bank details are processed by payment partners. We do not store full card or bank credentials.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate and secure the service.
• To send one-time passwords and service messages by WhatsApp or email.
• To process payments and show invoices to your clients.
• To respond to support requests and improve the app.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with access controls so that each user can see only their own records. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

4. Third parties

• Supabase: database, authentication and storage.
• Razorpay: online payments, when a business or user connects it.
• Cloudinary: hosting of logos and generated invoice files.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on registration.
• Google AdSense: advertising.

5. Advertising and cookies

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or visit aboutads.info. We also use local storage on your device to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as dark mode.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law, or to protect our rights.

7. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties and resolve disputes.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your data by contacting us. Admin-initiated deletion removes your account and its records permanently.

9. Children

StampBook is intended for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
