A closer look at what StampBook does and how each feature helps you bill and collect payments.
Create an invoice by choosing a client, adding line items with quantity and rate, and setting a due date. StampBook applies your default tax rate, supports a discount and lets you add extra charges with a reason, such as a packaging fee. Invoice numbers are reserved automatically from your own prefix and counter (for example SB-1001), so you do not get duplicates. Save an invoice as a draft, send it, or cancel it later while keeping the record.
Choose from Classic, Minimal, Bold, Modern, Luxe, Editorial, Aster, Ledger, Stamp and Spine. Set your brand colour and upload your logo and the PDF follows your style. Each PDF carries your payment details, and a UPI QR with the exact balance when a UPI ID is set.
Store each client's name, phone, email, address and GSTIN. The client page shows total billed, total paid and what is still due, with their invoices and payments in tabs.
Record cash, UPI, bank transfer or card payments against a particular invoice. The status updates automatically between Draft, Sent, Partial, Paid and Overdue. The Billing Status screen summarises revenue, received and outstanding amounts, and lets you look at revenue for any date range.
Choose how clients pay. Use a merchant or personal UPI ID with a scannable QR, or connect your own Razorpay account so the invoice link includes a Pay button and the payment is verified automatically. Payments go straight to your account. StampBook never holds your money.
Download the PDF, share a short link, send on WhatsApp or email, or print. Clients open the link and see the invoice, due date and payment options without signing in.
A monthly revenue chart, top clients and a simple expense log help you understand where the money comes from and where it goes.
See in-app alerts for payments received, invoices due tomorrow and overdue invoices. You can switch each alert type on or off in settings.
Log in with a six-digit one-time code sent to your WhatsApp number or email. Data is stored on Supabase with per-user access rules, and accounts can be removed on request. See our Privacy Policy.
