These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StampBook billing and invoicing application ("StampBook", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Mandal Industries. By creating an account or using StampBook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

StampBook is a billing and invoicing tool that allows businesses to create, send, and track invoices, manage clients, record payments, and generate reports.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use StampBook.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use StampBook for any unlawful purpose or to issue fraudulent invoices.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its systems, or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation or security.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the app without our written permission.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business, invoice, and client data you enter into StampBook. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and business information you create. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

StampBook is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid subscription plans in the future, payments will be processed securely through our payment partner, and the applicable pricing, billing cycle, and terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Continued use of any paid features after such plans launch constitutes acceptance of the pricing and billing terms in effect at that time.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for any current or future paid plans are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The StampBook app, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is the property of Mandal Industries and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the app itself.

8. Third-Party Services

StampBook relies on third-party providers, including Supabase for data infrastructure and our payment partners for payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

StampBook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandal Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, StampBook, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to StampBook if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to the app, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider, which uses industry-standard encryption and access controls. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third parties, who may process limited data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage infrastructure.
• Payment partners (Cashfree, Razorpay, PayU, Instamojo) — payment processing for subscriptions and purchases, depending on which gateway a business has connected.
• Google AdSense — may display advertisements and use cookies or device identifiers to do so.

These providers have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The app uses local storage on your device to keep you logged in, cache data for faster loading, and remember your preferences (such as dark mode). Advertising partners may also use cookies or similar technologies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the app (such as Supabase and our payment partners), or when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may access, update, or request deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.

StampBook is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

StampBook is currently free to use

StampBook, operated by Mandal Industries, is currently offered free of charge with no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. This policy describes how refunds and cancellations will be handled for any paid plans we introduce in the future, so that our payment processing partners and users have clarity in advance.

1. Future Paid Plans

If StampBook introduces paid subscription plans or one-time purchases, all payments will be processed securely through our connected payment partner. This section will apply to any such payments from the date they are introduced.

2. Refund Window

Where a payment has been made for a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase or the start of your billing cycle, provided the conditions below are met.

3. Refund Eligibility

• The refund request is made within 7 days of the original payment date.
• The request is made in good faith (e.g., service dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, or a technical issue preventing use of the app).
• The account has not engaged in activity that violates our Terms & Conditions.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Requests made after the 7-day window has passed.
• Partial billing periods after the refund window, for subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via our payment partner. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us directly. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 7-day refund window described above.
